It may seem as though all is quiet at the Tuff'E'Nuff camp but the boys have been flat out working on the boat. Retro fitting an enclosed cockpit is certainly more work than meets the eye. Add the fact that we're replacing all the running gear in the boat- we've had an enormous task to handle and we're getting there.
A small issue with the new skeg has had Mouse busy in the workshop while Dave has his Tiger Air System on order and expects it in the coming days. Luke with some help from others has done yet another stellar job with the paint work and the boat looks brand new AGAIN!
All going well we hope to have the boat ready for testing next weekend. It would be ideal for us to have a private testing session prior to opening day at the Adelaide Speedboat Club in order to iron out any bugs in the new look racing machine. If time does not permit this then opening day will be utilized as the test & tune session for us prior to heading to Windsor next month.
"Windsor, well that's the plan" Dave Clark said.
"We're really going for it. We're still waiting on a few bits and pieces but the boat looks really good, I'm very happy with it."
Stay tuned to this website for the big unveiling of Tuff'E'Nuff B.A.D in the coming weeks.
